Stray cattle still crowding roads, Uttar Pradesh govt issues fresh notice to local bodies asking to build temporary shelters

The 10 January deadline for shifting stray cattle into shelter homes in all Uttar Pradesh districts having come and gone, the Department of Animal Husbandry issued a fresh notice to authorities to build temporary shelters.
