Waqf board stops illegal sale of land in Hyderabad's Manikonda, chairman calls for inquiry into issuance of NOC

The land in Manikonda is part of a total of 1680 acres of the dargah of Hazrat Hussain Shah Vali, who supervised the construction of the historic Hussainsagar lake. The water body is also named after the saint-engineer of the Qutub Shahi period.
