Newborn found in train toilet in Punjab's Amritsar succumbs to injuries; railway authorities inspecting CCTV footage to nab accused

Amritsar Police said that the baby was found strangled and dumped, along with a rope tied around his neck, in a toilet of an air-conditioned coach of the Howrah Express on Saturday.
