Neighbour beheads 13-year-old girl in Tamil Nadu's Salem allegedly for rejecting advances; accused arrested

The accused Dinesh Kumar beheaded the teenager using a sickle after she had rejected the accused's advances. The incident happened near Attur village in Tamil Nadu's Salem district.
