District Magistrates to probe cases of deaths in child-care institutions within four weeks, says NCPCR

According to new guidelines issued by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), the district magistrates would need to complete probe in cases of child deaths inside a child-care institution (CCI) within four weeks.
