Delhi Police files chargesheet against two Kashmiris arrested for hacking Indian websites

Delhi Police Special Cell filed a charge sheet in the case of the two Kashmiris who were arrested for allegedly hacking 500 Indian websites and posting "pro-Pakistan" slogans.
